近日，华创永氢自主研发的可移动制加氢一体机首台工程样机在全体研发人员的精心调试下成功下线。这标志着公司在分布式氢能供给领域取得了里程碑式突破，正式打通了从“绿电”到“氢能应用”的关键闭环。

Recently, the first engineering prototype of Hua Chuang Yong qing independently developed integrated hydrogen production and refueling system was successfully completed and delivered from the production line after meticulous testing and commissioning by the entire R&D team.

This milestone marks a significant breakthrough for the company in the field of distributed hydrogen energy supply, officially establishing a complete pathway from renewable electricity (“green power”) to hydrogen-based applications.

Breaking Free from Hydrogen Supply Constraints: Enabling Truly Distributed Hydrogen Supply

Traditional hydrogen applications have long been limited by the challenges of hydrogen storage and transportation. Hua Chuang Yong Qing’s newly launched mobile integrated hydrogen production and refueling system is specifically designed for distributed hydrogen applications.

With a compact footprint of only approximately 0.4–1 cubic meters—comparable in size to a floor-standing air conditioner or a household refrigerator—the system requires no complex civil construction or lengthy approval procedures. Simplifying Hydrogen Production: Pure Water as the Only Input

Powered by advanced water electrolysis technology, Hua Chuang Yong Hydrogen’s integrated system produces high-purity hydrogen with a purity level exceeding 99.99%, using only deionized water as the sole raw material.

By enabling hydrogen production directly at the point of use, the system eliminates the need for users to purchase, transport, and store high-pressure hydrogen. This removes safety risks associated with hydrogen transportation while significantly reducing operational complexity and overall costs.

宽负荷自适应，真正实现“随用随充”

针对用户“充氢慢、排队久”的痛点，机器具备卓越的动态响应能力。设备支持5%~120%的超宽负荷调节范围，能够根据实际用氢需求灵活调整产气量。配合高效的内部循环系统，充氢过程快速便捷，真正实现“随用随充”。这一特性使其不仅完美适配氢能观光车/观光船/环卫车/工业叉车、氢能两轮车、氢能移动电源及科研试验等日常场景，更可广泛应用于偏远山区、海岛、沙漠、森林等远离加氢基础设施的区域——只要有电有水，即可就地制氢、就地加注，彻底摆脱对运氢车和固定加氢站的依赖，为氢能应用的“最后一公里”提供切实可行的解决方案。

Wide-Range Adaptive Operation for On-Demand Hydrogen Supply

To address user concerns such as slow hydrogen refueling and long waiting times, the system delivers excellent dynamic response performance. Supporting an ultra-wide load adjustment range of 5% to 120%, it can flexibly adjust hydrogen production output according to actual hydrogen demand. Combined with an efficient internal circulation system, the system enables fast and convenient hydrogen refueling, truly achieving hydrogen-on-demand operation.This capability allows the system to seamlessly support a wide range of applications, including hydrogen-powered sightseeing vehicles, sightseeing boats, sanitation vehicles, industrial forklifts, hydrogen-powered two-wheelers, mobile hydrogen power systems, and research applications. It can also be widely deployed in remote areas such as mountainous regions, islands, deserts, and forests where hydrogen refueling infrastructure is unavailable. With only electricity and water required, the system enables on-site hydrogen production and refueling, eliminating dependence on tube trailer transportation and fixed hydrogen refueling stations, and providing a practical solution for the “last-mile” challenge of hydrogen energy applications.
